Compassionate Human Driving Positive Change

The most fulfilling aspect of my work is witnessing the profound impact coaching has on individuals. Guiding people to grow into their full potential and helping them realize their visions and dreams is incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about facilitating personal and professional growth, and I am dedicated to empowering you to create a life of fulfillment, meaning, and alignment with your true purpose.

I have always been drawn to learning and growth, and I have made bold changes in my life and career over the years. I’ve lived in 5 US states and 2 foreign countries, traveled to all 7 continents, and have built my coaching practice upon 3 former careers. I lean into change because it is expansive, exciting, and energizing.

I started my career as an architect with a love for design and a desire to transform the building industry towards sustainability. I became a LEED Accredited Professional before it was widely recognized, and later pursued a Master's degree in Sustainability Leadership in Sweden, the only program of its kind at the time. After graduation, I returned to the US and worked as a sustainability manager for a global architecture firm, where I also served as a sustainability consultant for clients.

My passion for healthy food and social impact led me to form a nonprofit organization, Urban Harvest STL, focused on growing healthy food access and community. As my passion for urban agriculture and social justice grew, I left my architecture career behind and became the first employee of Urban Harvest STL. I learned how to run a small business and built the first rooftop farm in the Midwest, the FOOD ROOF Farm. My speaking career also took off, and I gave a TEDx Talk and spoke at numerous local, national, and international conferences.

When my husband had the opportunity to transfer to the Bay Area, I left my successful nonprofit behind and moved to California. There, I became the first Chief of Staff to the CEO of a global nonprofit, Fair Trade USA, and helped the company achieve significant growth. I also served as a mentor and advisor to other companies, and eventually became a certified Executive Leadership Coach helping entrepreneurs and professionals clarify their vision, build their skills, and realize their purpose.

I now call Bend, Oregon, home—a place that aligns perfectly with my love for nature and an active, outdoor lifestyle. This deep connection to the natural world has been profoundly fulfilling. I recently completed a 300-hour yoga teacher training and earned a Chief Well-being Officer certification, enriching my holistic approach to coaching. Currently, I’m expanding my capacity for healing through a 200-hour Transformational Energy Healing certification.

Throughout my journey, I have learned that change is a constant and that it is possible to reinvent yourself and achieve success in all areas of your life. I believe in the power of coaching to facilitate expansion and growth, and I am excited to work with you to help you align with your true purpose and make a positive impact in the world.
