Helping High Performers Become Whole Performers
I’m a transformational coach, systems thinker, and grounded guide for those seeking alignment, purpose, and a more sustainable way of leading and living. I work with individuals who are driven, capable, and successful on paper - but who know, deep down, that something’s off. Maybe they’re burned out. Maybe they’ve outgrown the life they built. Or maybe they just know they’re meant for more - not in a hustle-hard way, but in a deeply meaningful, soul-aligned way.
A Journey Rooted in Transformation
My path here wasn’t linear. I began my career as an architect in Madison, WI, driven by a passion for design and a vision to transform the building industry through sustainability. I became a LEED Accredited Professional before it was widely recognized and later pursued a Master’s degree in Sustainability Leadership in Sweden - the the only program of its kind at that time. After graduating, I returned to the U.S. and worked as a sustainability manager at the award-winning global architecture firm HOK, before leading the development of an integrated campus and community sustainability plan at Washington University in St. Louis.
My passion for healthy food and social impact led me to found Urban Harvest STL, a nonprofit focused on increasing access to healthy food and building community. I learned every facet of running a small business and spearheaded the creation of the first rooftop farm in the Midwest - the FOOD ROOF Farm. As my work gained visibility, I gave a TEDx Talk and was invited to speak at numerous local, national, and international conferences.
When my husband’s career took us to the Bay Area, I became the first Chief of Staff to the CEO at Fair Trade USA, a global nonprofit. There, I helped lead the organization through a period of significant growth, served as a mentor and advisor to the executive team, and eventually became a certified Executive Leadership Coach - guiding entrepreneurs and professionals to clarify their vision, develop their leadership, and live into their purpose.
I’ve held leadership roles across diverse sectors, lived in three countries, and traveled to all seven continents. Guided by a curious spirit, a compassionate heart, and a deep commitment to service, I’ve also navigated burnout, grief, reinvention, and the messy, beautiful journey of coming home to myself - a journey that has deepened my empathy, sharpened my intuition, and strengthened my belief that true leadership begins within.
In a world full of comparisons and expectations, the real work is letting go of who we think we should be and stepping fully into who we truly are. It’s a journey that takes courage, vulnerability, and support. I’d be honored to walk beside you as your guide.
Embracing Holistic Growth
I now call Bend, Oregon, home - a place that aligns perfectly with my love for nature and an active, outdoor lifestyle. This deep connection to the natural world has been profoundly fulfilling. I recently completed a 300-hour yoga teacher training and earned a Chief Well-being Officer certification, enriching my holistic approach to coaching. Currently, I’m expanding my capacity for healing through a 200-hour Transformational Energy Healing certification.
At the heart of everything I do is a belief that life is integrated. Career, health, relationships, purpose - they’re all connected. That’s why I take a systems approach to coaching: one that meets you where you are, honors the fullness of who you are, and helps you rise in a way that’s true to your values, energy, and season of life.
Clients describe me as their compass - grounding, compassionate, and deeply present. I bring both strategy and soul, structure and space. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to help you remember who you truly are and build a life and career that reflects it.
